Process
- Phase A: Dissolve allantoin in glycerin and water under stirring.
- Weigh Phase B and add it to Phase A while stirring. Mix well for 15 min at 800-1000 rpm.
- Add Phase C to the Phase A+B mixture and stir for 10 min at 1000 rpm.
- Incorporate Phase D and Phase E and mix well.
- Adjust the pH using Phase F.
