Process

Phase A : Dissolve EDTA into water under stirring. Add glycerin and propanediol. Slowly disperse FLOCARE™ SK 425 into the aqueous phase under high shear mixing. Continue stirring until the polymer is fully hydrated and a homogeneous, lump-free gel is obtained.
Phase B : Add the active ingredient and mix until uniform.
Adjust pH with Phase C.
Add Phase D and mix until homogeneous.
