Process
- Add FLOCARE™ SK 425 in water under mixing until complete dispersion.
- Add surfactants under slow agitation.
- Add glycerin, preservative and exfoliating agent.
- Mix the perfume in the solubilizer separately and add it to the formula.
- Mix until uniform.
